How long does shipping take?

Domestic Jordan orders arrive in 1–3 business days. International orders typically arrive in 3–8 business days via DHL Express, depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking is provided for every order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on Jordan orders over $100, and DHL Express is free worldwide on orders over $200.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Jordan: $5 standard or $8 express. International DHL Express: $25 to the Middle East, $35 to Europe, $45 to North America, and $55 to Australia. See our Shipping & Customs page for full details.

Which countries do you ship to?

Jordan, the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), Lebanon, Egypt, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Austria, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Will I have to pay customs fees on international orders?

Possibly. Orders shipped outside Jordan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices and are paid directly to the courier or customs authority on delivery. See our Shipping & Customs page for country-specific guidance.

Why don't you include duties in the price?

We ship on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, standard practice for international luxury brands at our scale. This keeps base prices consistent across markets. We disclose potential duties transparently so there are no surprises.

What if I refuse my parcel due to customs fees?

Refused parcels return to our studio in Amman at the customer's expense. Return shipping, re-import duties, and reprocessing costs are deducted from your refund. If you have concerns about potential customs charges, please contact us before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal worldwide. For Jordan customers, we additionally offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and CliQ Transfer.

Why are prices in USD?

We display prices in USD as a universal reference for our international customer base. Jordan customers paying via COD or CliQ are billed in JOD at the current exchange rate (approximately 0.71 JOD per 1 USD). Our team confirms the exact JOD amount via WhatsApp before delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Are returns free?

Returns from within Jordan are free. International returns are at the customer's cost.
