Welcome to Arak Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arakstudio.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Arak Studio is a luxury linen menswear and resortwear brand operating from Amman, Jordan. Our studio address is Amin Kawar St 7, Amman 1118, Jordan. You can reach us at info@arakstudio.com or via WhatsApp at +962 79 822 5599.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, fabrics, and sizing. However, the actual appearance of items may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, lighting, and natural variations in linen fabric. All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). For Jordan customers paying via Cash on Delivery or CliQ, billing is converted to Jordanian Dinar at the prevailing pegged exchange rate.

We accept payment via PayPal, Cash on Delivery (Jordan only), and CliQ Transfer (Jordan only). Payment must be received before an order is processed, except in the case of Cash on Delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email indicates that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the item from our studio. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, rates, and delivery timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Items must meet eligibility criteria and be returned within 14 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Arak Studio or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, scraping, or transmission of harmful code.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arak Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arak Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
