Middle East includes UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon, and Egypt. Europe includes the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, and Austria. North America includes the United States and Canada.

Order Processing

Orders placed Sunday–Thursday before 2PM Amman time are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or holidays are processed the following business day. You'll receive tracking via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Customs fees vary by country and are difficult to estimate in advance. Your local DHL Express courier will collect any applicable charges on delivery, or contact you to arrange payment beforehand.

Refusing a parcel due to unexpected customs charges does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs. Return shipping, re-import duties, and reprocessing costs will be deducted from your refund.

Country-Specific Guidance

European Union	VAT typically charged on imports above €150; may apply to lower-value orders.
United Kingdom	VAT and customs duties typically apply on orders above £135.
United States	Most apparel imports under $800 are duty-free under current de minimis rules (subject to change).
Canada	GST/HST and provincial taxes may apply, plus a small DHL processing fee.
GCC (UAE, Saudi, etc.)	5% VAT and customs clearance fees may apply depending on order value.
