We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. This page covers our complete returns and refunds process.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, scents, or signs of use
In its original condition with all tags attached
Accompanied by your original order details

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or laundering
Items returned without tags or original packaging
Custom or made-to-order pieces

How to Return

Email info@arakstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
We'll confirm eligibility and provide return shipping instructions
Pack the item securely with original tags and packaging
Ship the item using a tracked service to the address we provide

Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Jordan	Free returns. We arrange courier collection.
International	Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties when the package re-enters Jordan.
Damaged or Incorrect Items	We cover all return shipping costs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

How Refunds Are Issued

PayPal	Refunded to original PayPal account in USD.
Cash on Delivery	Refunded in JOD via bank transfer or CliQ.
CliQ Transfer	Refunded in JOD via CliQ to your original transferring account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the new item ships immediately rather than waiting for your return to arrive.
